well first off do not piss off your parental units. just causes trouble. you could do little clip in streaks in your hair or tie in pretty colored ribbons but please ask them first. as for wigs its kind of a bummer they wont let you wear them outside. you could try talking to them about how you are just wanting to wear colored wigs to express yourself and not damage your hair but it honestly sounds like they are quite conservative. when i was young i went behind my parents back and colored my hair and ended up being banished to my room for a month and my step mom recolored my hair only leaving one streak in my bangs. kind of sucked but hey until you’re 18 they make the rules. once you move out and are 18 you can go crazy, just dont hurt yourself. sorry if that isnt the kind of advice you might be looking for but i dont want any angry parents.
